End Violence Against Women (EVAW) International: Call for Abstracts EVAW is inviting abstracts for presentations to be given at their international conference which promotes innovative techniques, unique approaches, and promising practices in responding to crimes of violence against women. Sexual Assault Services Program Funding Announced: Cindy Dyer, Director for the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW), announced the newly designated Sexual Assault Services Program. The program will support the establishment, maintenance and expansion of rape crisis centers and other programs and projects to assist those victimized by sexual assault.
